Vengeance is also there for boss fights, bigger mob packs, higher game difficulties, or for when you find a Channeling Pylon in a nephalem rift. In nephalem rifts, you will find your Frost Arrows one-shotting most mob packs, allowing you to run through at maximum speed.īat Companion and Preparation are there to make sure that you never run out of resources. It is designed to vault or plow through enemies quickly so you can collect bounty reward boxes in an efficient manner. The best way to start at level 70 with this build is to run split bounties and nephalem rifts on normal. It doesn't require any legendaries to be effective, but better gear with Critical Damage, Critical Rating, and +% to Elemental Arrow and Cold Skills make it extremely powerful.
